These curtains as the name suggests have the webbing strap welded to the fabric on the inside of the curtain are great value, easy to repair, long lasting, and are the most popular style of curtain for rigid trucks and trailers straight decks, drop-decks and double drop-decks in conventional or B-Double configuration.

Loose Sleeve Strap (non load rated)
These are the traditional “Tautliner” style trailer curtains that have been prevalent in the UK since the 60’s. They are popular because the straps are enclosed in a protective fabric sleeve and the straps are tensioned independently from the curtain fabric allowing a greater tension in the strap itself rather than tensioning the fabric and the strap as do the welded strap curtains.

Load Restraint Tenacitex
Tenacitex is recognized as the benchmark Load Rated Curtain made from Technora Aramid fibers The loose sleeve Tenacitex webbing has very low elongation properties and prevents pallets from shifting sideways and causing vehicle instability as described in the 2018 load restraint guide ( insert link here) There curtains have a signed compliance document for 1400 Kg per pallet space.
